But, I would prefer to have RivaTuner running as it's part of "MSI Afterburner" and necessary in order to overclock my graphics cards. So with RivaTuner not running they will run at factory speed, so I am unable to benchmark with PCMark 10 and have my graphics cards overclocked at the same time.
Is this a known issue? RivaTuner is pretty common among "enthusiasts" and I would think those are the ones that frequently run benchmarks.
So, any way of getting PCMark to run at the same times as RivaTuner?
If RivaTuner caused a common problem you would think that at least *one* of them would crash the same way PCMark does right?
So in my opinion PCMark has a problem since it will not work together with an "overclocking tool", commonly used and also commonly used when benchmarking.
I cannot run pcmark 10 from steam.
I can run it if I manually installed it from the guru3d link or the benchmark.ul site instead.
Please help!
Hi just to let you and others know that i found a workaround:
1) Just install the PCMark 10 from benchmarks.ul or 3dguru link,
2) then install the one from steam.
3) Launch the steam's pcmark 10, run it and it should activate the pcmark 10 you installed from benchmarks.ul/3dguru.
4) Close the application
5) Run the application from benchmarks.ul/3dguru now, you should be able to run the whole application like normal and registered with key.
