Whats the Difference?
I am confused whats the difference between emergency 2017 to 2016?

There is a new campaign, about 10 hours of playtime. If you can get it for the upgrade price, and were okay with EM 2016, it might be worth it.

Emergency 2016 and Emergency 2017 are Add-Ons for EM5. If you own EM5 or Emergency 2016, you can buy the Upgrade to 2017 for 6€ (with current sale) or for 9,99€ after the sale.

The difference is a new campaign as xpac said.

The main difference within the campaigns is, that every single mission in EM 2017 is about terrorism. Be prepared.
