Game won't even load

I had this problem and found that windows defender was blocking it saying there was a virus but it was not true. I went into windows 10 security settings and told windows to ignore the folder where installed. I also had to go into windows security event history and restore the .DLL file that it had quarantined, then the game started straightaway! I hope this helps :)
