How can I move saves from a PC to another?

I got a new PC in which I installed Windows 10. I wanted to move the savefile from my old Windows 7 PC but I can't find them anywhere.

In your windows user folder check for "AppDate" (hidden folder!)
and look for
"AppData\LocalLow\CFK\WonderBoy Returns"
