Game Not Saving
I have finished the first two chapters twice now and ended up closing the game after being unable to reply quickly enough in chapter 3 so I could try again. The game says inside of the chat window that it is saving periodically, yet when I close the game and open it again, all of my progress is reset and I have to start from Chapter 1 again. I am playing on a Steam Deck if that helps at all

I'm having the same problem, playing on desktop Linux. Progress doesn't save at all, and neither do unlocked icons.

Unfortunately I'm having the same problem too. Tried both on Linux desktop and Steam Deck, but none worked for me

Same here it seems, sadly. I started the game on my PC, Steam Cloud worked, but I didn't fetch the save back on my Steam Deck.
