Can someone gift me this game?

For me its first and also the last time doing such a thing.I cant buy this game because its too expensive for me (its almost cost my weekly budget and I dont want to spend my whole budget to a game) I am a universty student from a 3rd world country and this is why I cant buy.
If you look my profile and think "hey, you have paid games" yes...yes I have BUT I bought them before steam changed the currency for my counrty to dollar.So I bought them before they were expensive (also at that time I spend my saved money and I havent started to going college and living like a Slav...I mean student)

I will be appreciate if someone is okay to do that for me.Have a nice day/night

oh, thank for reminding. Apperantly one of my friends bought this game and I play it via steam family. I forgot to buy it on sale (its still expensive without sale) but if it will be on sale again probably I will buy it because now I have money (I got a job).

I just bought it on the last sale around 1-2 dolars. Just wait for a sale, at the time I made this post I was broke (I am still but slightly better).
