Sorry if this is too late but technically there is a save file and there isn't.
After completing a conversation you must " log out/off " and you'll be greeted with the chapter list which logs the chapters you've completed once completed they're "saved" but if you choose to replay an earlier chapter your previous save is "lost".
The chapters following the chapters will also be lost I think. Due to changed choices in your replayed chapter even if you made the same choices. From there you'll have to replay the next chapters to continue the game.

I know it's three years late, but I made some quick research and found the path!

You can press Windows+R and paste this:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\KyleSeeley\Emily Is Away Too

or just go to:
C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\LocalLow\KyleSeeley\Emily Is Away Too

There you can find the chat logs of the last time you played those chapters and a save file, which contains certain values like the name you set the first time, or the choices you made

if you wanna try digging in it, you could try change what's after ;;@%;;
but i don't know if it works or how long it would take to find the thing you want xD
