Reduce outline thickness
I didn't touch my project for about a month.
Today I had to download an update and now my outlines are waaay to thick.
I have a small description text on the bottom and to big outlines make it unreadable.
In the past I was able to make the outline thinner by making the font size bigger. The font was then automaticly downscaled from the program, so there was no diffrence in the end result font size, but the outline was thinner. This workaround doesn't work anymore. Currently the outline size is set to 1 (Why is it named Distance?) and it can't go lower (0.1). So im stuck with a outline that is to big.

By the way: It would be very important to allow the user to select more/every future version in steam, so that you can continue your project in the version you started. (In my current case I could have finished the project tonight if steam wouldn't force updates.) In the past I had to fix my cards many times because of updates. It should be the users choice to choose when they are ready for the update.

Thank you, and keep up the good work! :)

You're right, the text outline was changed in the 2.9.7 version ( https://steamcommunity.com/games/523600/announcements/detail/1709614868043278906 )

An outline of 1 should be super thin in big texts, it's true that in small texts is more noticeable.

About the different versions, we try to minimize (or nullify) the impact of adding or updating features in the new versions so the user doesn't need to fallback to a previous one. Anyway there're a "previous_version" branch that points to the previous stable version prior to the latest updates.

Thank you for your answer. :)
The previous version works like a charm.
Will you add thinner outlines in the future?
If I would add additional cards in the future, I would have the same problem and maybe the previous version would then be a newer one.

Hi, In the latest beta version you can set the outline a lot smaller (as it supports decimal values now). Please keep in mind that the lowest render value is always 1px !
