Report a translation problem
Then create a card making the tweaks you need for that set (e.g: change the icon to a diamond) and create duplicates of that card.
This way you'll keep layout consistency between all card sets and your design will look superb!
P.S: there is a PokerDeck example project included in the application and already set up for this workflow, you could also use that one as a starting point.

1) Click to create a new set
2) Right click on the blueprint you want to make a copy and select "duplicate"
3) Select the new blueprint copy
