Sry for my english, i hope it works for you too.
First a translation: "Right click on font and "install for all users."
Which font, where?
In the program does nowhere right-clicking work. Not where you imput/alter text. Not where you select fonts. Not on the plus-sign icon next to where you select fonts. And of course not on the blueprint itself. Nothing under Advanced. Not on the menu icon next to Text.
Likewise, left clicking these places don't work either.
And just in case I didn't understand >Windows>Font, right clicking on fonts there don't work.

My situation: I never before heard of AR DARLING, but it turned out perfect for my project.
Then my computer died. With new computer, AR DARLING is listed but only reveals default font. I found the font online and installed it to >Windows>Font (along with other neat options).
I haven't been able to find a way for Card Creator to use any of my fonts.
So please, tell us how to fix this?
You can see a solution with images here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/55264642/how-to-force-win10-to-install-fonts-in-c-windows-fonts
So the right-clicking on Font is not done in game but done in Windows.
Well, when I right click as shown in the link, I don't get the same options.
They have:
Preview
Print
Install
Install for all users
Scan with Windows Defender
I have:
Preview
Print
Hide
Z-Zip
CRC SHA
Scan
Share
Copy
Delete
Properties
Z-Zip gives me the ability to Extract, so I did that again to Fonts > Didn't work
Properties gave me additional access options that I changed from read only to everything > Didn't work
Another user wrote that Fonts appear to be in Windows/Fonts but are instead in Users/AppData
-- I'll check this later
Download font > Unzip > Right click > Install for all users = Bingo.
Note: The install for all users was otherwise unavailable with right click, I've only been able to get it to work with new downloads.
Error: If try to search for a font in game, they all revert to a default, even the ones that were working. Exiting blue print and coming back doesn't work.
> Restarting Card Creator fixes fonts.
> Searching might not be the trigger, because the error happened again without searching. It happened a second time when I moved the scroll bar and moved through a large selection of listed fonts.
installed under. They will show when you download something to the one user or even if you drag and drop the file into there, however this is not where they are actually stored. They are instead stored in "C:\Users\Placeholder\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Fonts" which is where you will have to go to right click to add to all users.
