it's a full on male body, if it weren't then there wouldn't ever come an issue out of this (or at least not a transgender issue, that'd become a different diagnosis), pretending there is non just ignores the whole ordeal trans people go through.

also there is no need to be harsh towards and short with anyone who's at least being a decent human being by trying to be mindful or you having different understanding of things from what you were taught.

In case it wasn't clear from the other comments, Trans people identify as the gender they are inside, not out. It doesn't matter what body you have, it's who you are that makes you you. In Sam's case, she was born with a male body but is female inside. This makes her a girl. It has nothing to do with body parts.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, guys, the game has a forum to read in it that outright explains basic concepts and details EXACTLY who Sam is. You just have to actually read it and not go into it blindly assuming that sex=gender. The explanations available in the forum were really clear and helpful and even touched on nonbinary identities as well as info about transgender people, the developers spelled it out for you as clearly as they POSSIBLY could.

I'm cis and I'm just... in shock at how absolutely obtuse some of you guys are.

I am cis myself and got the first clue when i saw the two Lovebird accounts. Reading the forum explained really everything about Sams feelings to me, and further, touched my heart. For the very first time i could imagine what transgender really is and would like to thank the dev(s) for this.
