d3dx9_43.dll File was Missing

Hi people. I'd just like to share what happened when I downloaded this game just now and attempted to play. The game wouldn't start at all, no black screen, no logo screen, nothing. So I went to the steam folder to mess with the games file directly and while trying workarounds like running it as an administrator it told me I was missing a certain file. I was going to refund it, but I'd also purchased Mosaics Galore 2 at the same time and that worked fine, so I looked and yes, that one had the file I was missing. So I made a copy of that and put it into the Alice's Patchworks 2 game folder and the game loaded perfectly after that. So I guess the game downloader is missing that file or something, but it should really be fixed fast.

Have you tried verifying owned game files from property? it works fine for me and i'm still playing with it, otherwise try to update directx 9 from microsoft site.
