freezes and need to ctrl alt del to exit

so when i go to render i just have to ctrl alt del to exit; it wont unfreeze and it wont even open up the render menu it just freezes up and wont do anything. I was on a roll on youtube but now i have to stop cos the app seems to not work. any help?

I have a 6 TB HDD 2 1TB SSDs 1TB Internal HDD

fixed it the issue was i had to not have internet access when launching; it seems like if you have internet for any version of VEGAS they ♥♥♥♥ with your application so ur forced to buy something new.
