Videos downloaded from atube catcher doesn't work!

well, i have a program called atube catcher which downloads mp4 mp3 and that stuff, well, when i download it i doesn't want to do it! it just shows a stop sign thingy, also when i try to add media, it says warning: blah blah could not add media and when i click more info it says
File D:\Video\Filthy Frank It[1].mp4 could not be opened.
yes filthy frank.....

Oh a bit late to answer but if you still need help install quicktime player.... For some reason vegas needs it
