Audio Visualizer?

Can this program generate an audio visualizer or audio spectrum? Or would that be a different kind of program similar to After Effects? I tried getting After Effects, but it got all messed up.

a lot of work , perhaps .

An easier way would be to use Windows Media player virtualizations ,
and record the desktop while Midea Player , is playing .
Assuming windows Media Player still has those graphic virtualizations .

I tried that tactic a long time ago. Unfortunately, WMP doesn't have the proper resolution for it to look as nice. :(

i am not aware of any FX plugin that allows audio amplitude to perturb a video Event .
