Customize rendering template
When rendering a video, why can't I customize a template like it was possible at Movie Studio 13? For example, setting a custom resolution or a 60fps framerate.

Is there any workaround for that?

Project>>Make Movie>>Save to Hard Drive>>Advanced Options

You can customize your save-to template here (but I don't see an option to save a customized save-to template). Rendering to 60i in some video formats is possible. Rendering to 60p is not.

Actually, there is an option to render in 720p 60fps in avi format. Its only at 720p, not in 1080.

That's a downgrade from Movie Studio 13, where I can render at any resolution up to 3840x2160 and any framerate up to 60p in any available format/container.

So can we render 1080p 60fps render, mp4 format/container?

Not in Movie Studio 14. You should use Movie Studio 13 or Vegas Pro 14 for that.
