For starters, Studying costs a LOT of money. If you have around $500 or so then you can most likely pay for studying.
Make her work at a job she's good at, when working at that job read what stats are increasing. The stats that are increasing are the stats needed to do well at the job, so you can study to raise those stats and come back and work very well at the job. If you do perfect at a job you'll get a 50% bonus on your paycheck. Also, a job that doesn't get rid of the attack stat and offers good cash early on is farming. It is a stressful job for your daughter though, and decreases elegance and such.
Keep in mind that if you do a job many times you'll get a raise. Also keep in mind to make sure your daughter stays obedient, otherwise she'll slack off during work sometimes during the entire period making you 0 money.
It's hard to understand at first, but once you find that balance you'll be good to go.
First, do housework until cooking skills is raised to 100.
Second, after that, work as a babysitter until sensitivity is raised to around 200.
(It is possible with sensitivity of around 150 to win the championship, but not definitely.)
Third, take part in cooking contest and win the championship.
