Publisher should be ashamed. This only encourages the Pirates when Legal Consumers has Money to spend but can't buy because of this Practice.

Ditto. Was excited to see an ad for Mandatory Happiness when Steam launched. Couldn't find it on Steam, then a Google search told me the game was not available in my region (SEA)

Sheesh. First Nier, now Psycho-Pass. What makes it so difficult to license games for release over here at SEA?

Some games don't have license to be sold in specific regions. Other times it's a cersonship issue. I bet they would sell in your countries if they could. There's no upside in not selling to you.

If this is the same Publisher for Steins:Gate then they should have no licenses issue.

Steamdb shows its only available in 3 regions. Really sad. :(

It's is not. There are 2 entries on Steamdb. 1 shows 3 regions and the other one shows it's available on almost half of them.
