chapter 7 bug report (MAC)

I am unable to complete this chapter....I think the astrolabe is supposed to give me a silver 4 pointed medallion, but it doesn't I get the solution for the big machine and acquire the iron bound wheel....but not the star

yeah, i did check the walkthrough.... I followed the movements exactly in the time view , and when i thought things weren't working as they should I did check with online walkthroughs, I followed the setting for the second phase on the astrolabe, and it gives me the correct setting for the "big machine" which gives me the iron bound wheel.....but the astrolabe doesn't unlock the little door on the bottom and give me the four pointed medallion like it is supposed to

I looked at the walkthrough and I was doing exactly the same as there...and it's not working.

i restarted the chapter (as i thought this might reset the issue) and played it through again...and i get the same result.

I got the same issue. I also restarted the chapter and did anything exactly as it was done in the walkthrough and i am just stuck at that point cause i can't get that silver medallion.

I am happy too, because i found nothing on my google search about this. By the way i am not using a MAC so it is not an IOS issue i believe. :)

I am going to try it out on my PC at home maybe it works there, cause i am gaming on a, lets call it "better tablet" at the moment. Maybe it has something to do with it. But it was running ok till that point.

Exact same issue with me at the exact same in the game on a PC with Windows 10, so it can't be a hardware issue.

(part from the puzzlemechanics it self is stupid. Really cumbserome to controll the small wheel with mouse)

i just sumbitted my whole output_log after playing the whole chapter again. Hope it helps. Screenshots with the explanation comming up.

So lets start from the point where i finished most of the puzzles and put the lets call it submit wheel (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1222631822) in the right place.
After combining the ring i got from the other ring i had before an mounting it back onto the sumbit wheel i gone downstairs to the lets call it moon wheel (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1222632467) and put in place the other ring i got.
Now i changed my vision to follow the steps so i can get my first "code" (sequence of different moon settings) and also the key. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1222632613
After i done that i opened the side of the chest to get that strange tool that later opens the box on the submit wheel. The code now is entered on the submit wheel, the ring on the submit wheel turns blue and i can turn the handle on the side so the letters are aso blue and follow the turning until the ring flashed red once. Now i can open the box on the submit wheel where the key for the moon wheel is hidden.
I am going to the moon wheel and change my vision again

Now i can align the 4 rings and pull the handle down to show me the next "code" for the submit wheel. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1222634149
The "code" shows on the wheel but i am not getting the silver medallion like in the walkthrough.

I now continue until i get the wooden wheel that can be inserted into the thing an the start of the level but i can't get the silver medallion so i can't continue

Astrolab starts at 9:24 ( for the key)
Second part with he moons starts at 10:33 (Medaljon after 13:35)

Thanks man but i do all these things exactly the same and it just doesn't give me the medallion.
the bottom part of the wheel doesn't turn around and gives me access to the medallion.
