Is the length/quality worth the price?
The Room games are $5 on steam, and I beat them in 3 hours each. Thats $1.66 per hour played, which isn't the best ratio but I'll use it as my baseline for this genre.

Can I expect to get 12 hours from this game? If not, is it that much better than The Room?

I like these types of games, but that price seems a little steep.

I felt the same way but had been looking forward to it for a long while so I gave in and payed the 20 bucks. I'm glad I did. I've got over 5 hours invested so far and about half way through it. I do like to take my time and solve the puzzles myself with out hints or walkthroughs so you can get much less or much more time out of it depending on how you play. Whether you wait for a sale or not it is definitely a must have for any fan of this genre and da vinci's work/inventions!

Hi guys. Most players have reported gameplay anywhere between 8-10 hours - it mostly depends on the number of hints you're using. Theoretically, the game "can" be completed in 2-3 hours, but for most people, it takes several days of active playing.

You can get your 12 hours absolutely....I do so.....I dont use any hints and some riddles take me really good time to solve. Im in the 5th of 8 rooms and my playtime for now is 12 hours inclusive some short breaks. If this game is worth its price? Absolutely!!!

Oh thats to fast for me. I also enjoy the atmosphere, look at the phantastic grafics, you have to rush through the game and only work up the puzzles without any relaxing look arounds to solve it in 6 hours...:-o
