How to Get Bloodfish fish at Virongo River?

Anyone have any idea how to get bloodfish kind of type fish in Virongo River? Like which bait do i need to use and what kind of hooks that able to pickup the fish? and which place do i need to go in Virongo River if i wanna catch bloodfish legendary fish? Please help me to figure it out! Thanks
