I've been gone for awhile and have forgotten... how long does it take the bloodfish to repopulate after you've caught them all?

For some reason I don't have kingfishing, the chat has completely disappeared. And Weekly Club Ranking is not displayed despite continuous fishing

On starting screen I receive the message: Error: Cannot load static objects! What does that mean? and more importantly: How do I fix it? it worked just an hour ago. I reinstalled and everything to no avail..
