For that ones that want to get that achievement, after several hours I think that you need to kill 20.000 in the same level. I have played lvl7-episode2 a lot of times and I have just get it.

Did you play this level for 2 hours at a time or not much on different days?

I actually dont remember but 7-2 was the level with more enemies. So I've played it until I got the achivement. It was a torture but eventually I got it.

I was able to get this achievement on June 25th. I gave you an award!

I was able to get this today. I played through all of the first section of levels, and got all the other achievements and then I just played episode 1-18 over and over until it popped. Probably had to play it through over a dozen times but it eventually triggered. 100%
