Achievement: The Armorer

Just curious if any one had some insight. When you start chapter 2 do you have all the towers needed to get this achievement or are is another type given later. If you do have all the towers how do you get this achievement?

If somebody has that problem, just in chapter 1, when you have access to the catapult, you can do this.
Simply build 4 different towers in the same spot. It's better to do this on a stage where there is a gold mine at the start.
