Even more bugs squashed!

Another update is available. We managed to fix some more bugs and add a few convenience features (like turn timers for online games). Here's a list of what has been done:
- game timers for online games
- Influence action fixed
- music/sfx volume settings
- AI strategy fixes
- typos fixed

If you still experience any bugs, please send us your crash logs and save game files for a game you found the problem in. A detailed how to can be found below:

Go to your local settings directory.

For Windows
"C:\Users\YOUR_USER\AppData\Roaming\com.bigdaddyscreations.eclipse\Local Store"

For Mac OS X:
"/Users/YOUR_USER/Library/Application Support/com.bigdaddyscreations.eclipse/Local Store"

Find the crash log (if any is available), save game files "save_players_4.json" and "save_requests_4.json" and email these to bdc@bigdaddyscreations.com.

Another bug-fix update

Another bug-fix update is now live:
- AI colonization
- diplomacy with players who maxed out their production
- Panta's second explore action when there's nothing to explore
- shields not taken into account when assigning hits manually
- Cruiser discovery
- AI diplomacy
- AI exploration from a sector with only pinned ships
- other game lock-ups and crashes

Major bug-fix update

IMPORTANT: If you plan to finish your current online or local games, do so BEFORE downloading the update - you won't be able to see your games after the update (big parts of game logic have been changed, so the new version won't be compatible with the old one).

Changes:
- AI crashes and freezes
- Orion's Dreadnought initiative changed to 2
- Setup for 4 and 5 player games fixed
- Bankruptcy fixed
- Planta's Explore action fixed
- Upkeep Colonization is now voluntary
- other minor fixes
- game no longer pauses while window loses focus

Squashing bugs

Help us squash a couple of bugs that are still present in the game. If you encounter a crash or a strange AI behavior do not start a new game, instead please go to the:

For Windows

find the crash log (if any is available), save game files "save_players_3.json" and "save_requests_3.json" and email these to bdc@bigdaddyscreations.com. This way we'll be able to quickly find the bug and fix it.
