Online multiplayer?

Okay, I may be an idiot, but my buddy and I bought this thinking there would be online multiplayer, since it listed that. Are we missing something here?

The game is listed for Local Multiplayer. I double checked it and only local is listed.

You can play 1v1 with your friend but you have to be in the same room.

I see the confusion. I think normally when a game is listed with " Multiplayer " that means online, and " Local " obviously means local. When it said both, I got confused and thought that meant it had both.

My online buddy and I also fell for this. The Store Page stated both Multiplayer and Local. So when they have both, it only applies to Local? This is very misleading.

Yea I got it now and it's confusing a little bit. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that. This is a Steam setting :(
I am sorry that you are disappointed, even though the game is pretty funny in local multiplayer mode.

You may be able to setup a VPN between your two computers......that way its pretty much like youre on you own private nework

Wow brilliant idea. I do have a paid VPN service and let me research a bit since I just read somebody online did that exact same thing to Minecraft. Thanks for your input

You don't need to put multiplayer in the store page if it already says local co-op. That is confusing. I also though that the MP listed there means online MP. Or did I miss an update? It has PVP Now?

By local multiplayer, does it mean you can plug 2 VR headsets into the same PC? or do they mean LAN?

Are you kiding me? Current technology doesn't allow 2 VR headsets to run same time in a computer. Of course, just LAN
