RPGMaker VX won't open.

I have tried many of the solutions on the internet, but i still can't manage to make it work.
Detailed description of the problem: I press play, and it says "STOP" instead of play, as if the program opened. problem is, it hasn't, and it just goes back to play after 3 seconds, like it closed.
Any solutions?
And if someone had the same problem and managed to fix it, how?

Luckily, steam just had to update. i didn't know.

I have the same problem! I start the program, it shows that it opened (without having opened it) but after 2 or 3 seconds the start button reappears in the library. The program just won't open and I don't know what to do! I already opened it as administrator but nothing changed.

Estou com o mesmo problema! Eu inicio o programa, mostra que abriu (sem ter aberto) mas depois de 2 ou 3 segundos o botão iniciar reaparece na biblioteca. O programa simplesmente não abre e não sei o que fazer! Já abri como administrador mas mudou nada.

So, looking at the other threads in this Discussion tab, I ended up finding the solution that worked here. Look:
"This isn't Windows 10 problem. Just add RPGVX.exe to the DEP settings.
System > Advanced System Settings (control panel on the left side) > Advanced tab > Performance (click Settings) > Data Execution Prevention tab > select "Turn on DEP for all programs except those that I select" > Add RPG Maker VX > Apply!
This fixed crash on Windows 7 64-bit and works on Windows 10 too."

Então, olhando os outros tópico dessa aba de Discussão, acabei achando a solução que funcionou aqui. Veja:
"Este não é o problema do Windows 10. Basta adicionar RPGVX.exe nas configurações do DEP.
Sistema > Configurações avançadas do sistema (painel de controle no lado esquerdo) > guia Avançado > Desempenho (clique em Configurações) > guia Prevenção de execução de dados > selecione "Ativar DEP para todos os programas, exceto aqueles que eu selecionar" > Adicionar RPG Maker VX > Aplicar!
Essa falha corrigida no Windows 7 de 64 bits também funciona no Windows 10."

Lembrando que tem que ir dentro da pasta "common" da steam.
