Need help installing on Windows 11 ARM

When I downloaded it, it will not open. I only get a message saying "Failed to initialize RGSS." I read that this is a common error, but I'm also not seeing much in the way of Windows 11 ARM support in Parallels on Mac M1. Any help in troubleshooting would be appreciated!

Hiya, I'm having the same issue...

I think it may be yet another issue with ARM chips that is simply unsolvable.

Please let me know if you did end up finding a fix for this. I'm working on it myself.
