Crate fixes

Crate fixes

Crates now ship all at once instead of one at a time — if you queue several, they all go.
The Trade Post now shows the crates you own, under "Crates you own". They live in your Steam Inventory, where you can trade or sell them.
Shipping holds are down to one hour.

GoliathRogue 1.0.17 -- Trade Post ship button, crate shipping (963f62c)

Oct 17

Trading is open

Pack 100 of any material into a tradeable crate and ship it to your Steam Inventory. Find it at the Trade Post in town.
Crates take an hour to arrive — you can keep playing, they turn up on their own.
Opening a crate gives the 100 materials back, so they're safe to trade or sell.

Krag-Vhor waits on floor 40

Oct 15

A second megaboss, the hero you earn for killing him, and your materials are now real Steam items you can trade.

New

KRAG-VHOR, the second megaboss. He holds the Cinder-Slag Basin on floor 40. He tells you when he can be hurt — and you can take that away from him. Each of his four parts owns one attack, and breaking a part retires that attack for the rest of the fight, so you choose the order he gets easier in.
Diablo, the endgame hero, earned by felling Krag-Vhor. A trident, Demon Form, and four skills of his own: Brimstone, Hellgate (a rift opens and drags them in), Soul Tithe (you take a cut of every death) and Infernal Chains.
Ashfall Reach, a new biome — the burnt slope above the Basin.
Two new achievements. The Mountain Answers for felling Krag-Vhor, which is what hands Diablo over. Unanchored for shattering both of his anchor crystals — an anchor only breaks if you were standing beside it when the claw landed, so it cannot be collected by attrition.

Steam Inventory

Materials now drop into your Steam Inventory while you play. Real Steam items — tradeable, and sellable on the Community Market. They arrive on their own; there is nothing to do.
The Trade Post, a new room in town, shows what you hold on Steam beside your crafting stock. They are two different piles that share the same sixteen names, and the one you can sell is not the one you craft with — so it shows you both.
Packing 100 of a material into a single tradeable crate is coming. The Trade Post already tells you when you are close.

Fixed

The hero select screen could trap you. If the hero you last played was not unlocked, the cursor started on their locked card and the confirm button simply refused — with no way forward on a controller. It now starts you on a hero you can actually pick.
The game could be left paused after the "spend your points" lesson, by a crash while leaving a floor. Walking home took the same path.
Spanish and French were showing English. New lines were being added without rebuilding the translation files, so the newest text fell back to English. All 2,002 lines are translated again.
The title screen reads its build number instead of a retyped one.

Very good game, needs some polishing but it seems that the developer is fixing it so that's a plus.

Charms and Game Pausing..

... hm I have over 2 hours and got 1 Charm, I can't even remember how I got it. I explore every area/level completely but got no other. Are they just insanely rare or do I miss something? And the pausing when I have attribute points is annoying as hell, any way to turn it off? I want to play, not get interrupted constantly....
