Bertie's Lair Bug

After fixing the radio I tried going to Bertie's Lair but the game just hangs there.I can not enter the lair or do anything else. How do I get around it and how do I play the game in a window

ok finally got past it. Only a very small section of the door i clicked on didn't cause the glitch

No cause I got past it and finished the game.
