If I remember right, this movie was never localised outside China or something like that? I wanted to see it years ago but couldn't due to that :/.
I just checked the Wikipedia article on it and it says Hong Kong and China only?
Apparently it had a sequel released last February?
I've also just realised, I've confused it with the Journey To The West one by Stephen Chow, which also seems to be China and Hong Kong only and is also getting a sequel too!
And finally, there's another Journey To The West film made by other people and seperate to these ones which is getting released in China and the US this year and is in Mandarin too? I wonder if that will get a sequel too?
Subtitles as paid DLC? Don't give them ideas!
Fortunately, Netflix Canada has it and it has English subs. ^_^
That or I subconsciously learned Chinese through watching it.
(I kinda wish it subcounsciously thaugh the viewers chinese... That would be incredibly useful, specially for $9.99 LOL
