How do I beat the hydra-dragon on epic?

What equips should I use and what strategy should I use?

The best I've done is kill the healer head and get the dark head down to under half health.
Then I died.

Also, i have not beaten the game on hard mode.

What I used was Matt with the Ninja set + Rune Blade, Natz with the Pope set + Deathbringer, and Lance with the Officer set + God Hand. Do your rounds of Protect, Barrier, Guardian, Reflex, and Regen. Maybe even Flare them all. Nuke Czars with Screamer + Milk + Black Hole, then spam Dark Runes until he dies. Dispel the heads, then spam Iceberg, Iceshard, and Shockwave/Power Metal until Blaze dies. Dispel Abyss, debuff his evade, then spam Seiken, Judgement, and Plasmacross until you killed him. Just Syphon any Skull Ghosts that crop up. Rebuff and revive when needed.
