Manage Employees
Not sure if its already in the game but would love a better way to manage employees and the shift times. Once my stores get big, I find it hard to remember who is starting and finishing at certain times.

I play quite a bit of Rimworld and setting the work/sleep/free time schedules is easy as you have each colonist listed on the left and 24hr time across the top, broken down into hourly boxes. You simply change the colour of the box to indicate when are working or sleeping.

Something like this would make it much easier to sort out shifts.

This is the main thing putting me off playing again.

Once a store gets busy, the scheduling becomes a chore, especially when you want to keep shift lengths down to reduce hourly wage.

I do like a but of complexity, But I feel this is too much

Also the 'sales' graph on the back of the scheduling thing showing how many employees you have, it useless. The sales graph shows where there is a peak in demand but you could put 10 workers out because it looks like a massive peak but then you check the proper sales graph and it shows like normally 6 sales per hour and this massive 'peak' is just 15 sales. Things like that need to be more accurate as well. (The more staff you add, the sales graph lowers to show when you have the 'perfect' amount of staff)
