ATM, vending machines, etc., do they work yet?

I've seen in various threads I Googled that they do not work yet, but the topics are pretty old.

I saw in a guide that someone was talking about where they position ATM, so I assume they work? What do they do?

If your shoppers need money they use the atm machines and if they want a snack they use the vending machines, they also like playing games on the arcade machines.
