Options are a good thing as they're optional.
I'm going to assume your comment was meant to be helpful and not facetious as there's no tone on the internet.
I know how it works. I'm familiar with military time. However, for people who do not use 24 hour clocks, this "just do it this way" suggestion isn't as simple as that. As one user above states, when you're not used to it, it doesn't come all that easy.
Additionally, other sim games have options for these things. Fahrenheit vs Celsius, 24 vs 12 hour, right-hand drive vs left, etc.. I'm not a game dev, but it doesn't seem too difficult an option to implement. It's one of the things that would improve the QoL for those who want it, and I'm obviously not the only one. Otherwise this thread would've stayed dead from a year and a half ago when I first posted.
I am curious as to why the request?
I mean it kinda steals away a lot from stradegy if you can do that.
You could just invest in 24 hour service which I will say is very much worth it anyway.
