Movie theatre isnt working

I assigned a ticket booth, i have the cashiers, the demand is sky high but nobody seems to take a seat...

You need to have a Movie "Theater" (theatre) designated area to a ticket lobby (the ticket lobby has order counters and cashiers, the movie threatre itself only need projector and the spectator seats (red seats), the other kinds of seating do not work for theatres!)

i've had that, i increased the space of the ticket booth and that seems to help

I had an issue the first time I placed a lobby and the counters- I then moved the counters so they were facing the doors and that worked- but the next time I built a cinema and booth etc, I didn't do that and it worked fine.
