Are mods a thing yet on this game? and if so where do I download them?? Also are they bannable??? Thanks heaps.

There are no custom tracks available, since there is no map editor released yet - maybe one day. The replacement of bike and rider skins is possible via mod ;)

Yes, they're available. Really only one guy publicly makes his bikes/gear available, and that is Pay2021:
