Throttle/brake issue?? Multiple computers

Sometimes Trottle doesnt work if brake is tapped.
If the brake is tapped while racing the trottle wont work again until you tap the brake again, dont know if this a bug or maybe a setting i can change. Using Xbox one controller. same issue on both my gaming desktop and alienware laptop.
Should be able to use throttle and brake at anytime without them interfering.

Desktop: Windows 10 x64, 24GB ram, Nvidia 1050ti, Intel core i5
Laptop: Windows 10x64 16gb ram, nvidia 965m, i7 6700.

This is not the games fault. I can`t say how it is with your xbox one controller but the xbox 360 controller shares one axis for gas and break. this is a known problem in most racing games where you need them both at the same time. So if you hold left and rigth trigger the value is nothing! Check it inside your controller settings in windows. Open the settings and watch what happens if you pull both triggers at the same time.
There is a XBCD driver for the xbox 360 controller. As far as I know it only works with the wired controller version but with this driver you are able to set a axis for left and one for right trigger.

Edit: I fear if you run the controller with this driver All Out will probably not recognise the controller. Usually you have to set up the keybindings differently, after you switched to XBCD. It might work if you combine it with xpadder to trigger different actions when a keyboard key is pressed and map those to the controller. not sure and a bit complicated..
