Report a translation problem
Depending on how you "reset" your PC, the save may still be available. If you performed a re-installation of Windows without formatting the hard drive, Windows will sometimes keep a backup of your old data in a folder inside the root drive location ( C:\ ). If the hard drive was formatted before reinstalling Windows, you will need to use a file recovery program or seek help from a data recovery professional.
Any information you can provide about what was going on before/during the lockup would be greatly appreciated. We'd like to ensure that it does not happen again.
