Where is config file?

I wanted to modify it like that:

Yet this file is nowhere to be found in Landmark Edition.

Thanks, I've been to this site but I thought that was path for registry tweaking or something since it starts with "HKEY_CURRENT_USER"

Yep that is a registry key which I am not keen on editing. Cannot seem to get 4k resolution. I set it to 4k but it stays at 1080p :/
