i found the solution and posted on reddit if you (just) deleted the files games crash i have alrady tested. you need to force disable movies via the REDEgine.ini frist
I just left loading the openting and the steam splash screen even tho they are not needed anymore. they are only a few mb insted of 5gb of nothing.
the problem with this was there were 3 or 4 lenguages that had subtitle but there is no subtitle file only so they copied 4 movie and pasted the subtitle on them a pretty stupid way to do it.
P.S. Wasting space with language data is a huge issue with modern games. Sometimes languages you will never use can take up to 50Gb. Saved about 100Gb just by removing videos etc in other languages in Halo MCC, Mortal Kombat X and 11.
I still don't get it why can't they just turn localization files into free DLCs that can't be installed separately? It's a very easy thing to do.
Situation is even worse on modern consoles because you cant just run file managers or go to command line and delete files on consoles. Not to mention that it takes time to download extra data you don't really need.
