I'd like to see some opinions on how the newest update may or will affect the current tier list. Who will go up and down?

Can we just say our opinions here? Eventhubs has never been a reliable source to search for tier lists.

That's a pretty stinking tier list to start with, best to ignore it.

For me the top three is like this:

1) Johnny
2) Elphelt
3) I-no

A+ tier : Johnny Raven Chipp and maybe Elphelt or Faust.

The rest are either too technical WITH some flaws, too basic or less viable.

I dont think S-tier exists in this game because there are no godlike characters that have no bad matchup(s).
