214 = Quarter Circle Backward
41236 = Half circle Forward
Etc, etc.
So 214H in this case would be Down,DownBack,Back+Heavy Slash or QuarterCircleBack (QCB)+HS if you've ever played Street Fighter.
You should get used to seeing moves written in the Numeric Notation, as the more advice you ask for, the more likely moves and combos will show up written like that.
