I need help picking which ''package'' to buy.

So I came accross this game just now and I'm highly interested in it. I've never heard of this game before and I'm planning to buy it, but there are so many variations of this game one can buy. Which one should I buy, the deluxe edition ? But the next one mentiones dlc characters, so I'm not getting those characters unless I buy that version of the game ?

The best bundle for someone who just wants to get into the game is the one without the optional DLCs. It includes all the characters and the Rev 2 upgrade, but doesn't include the color and system voice DLCs.

New moves, a little added story, re-balancing and 2 new chars.. and most have moved on to REV2 (It have a switch to play REV if someone don't have REV2 (and you don't have to buy the 'game' as a standalone this time!))

I already have Xrd Sign. Is there any cheapest option comparable to the ''GUILTY GEAR Xrd -REVELATOR- (+DLC Characters) + REV 2 All-in-One (does not include optional DLCs)' ?

REV 2 is pretty much needed if you wanna play online with randoms, if it's with friends/ppl you can talk with beforehand, they can switch their version to Revelator to play with you. Otherwise if you don't mind the two characters (Baiken/Answer) you can ditch it until you're sure you like the game and upgrade it later.
The DLC characters are Dizzy and Kum, which again if you think you're not interested in them and you're not aiming for competitive you can ditch them too. Raven is purchasable with in-game currency although it may take a while.

That's the cheapest if you want the latest version so you can play with other Rev 2 players online.
