Low camera fps online, high spec pc

Me and a lot of people seem to be getting a lot of "stuttering".
FPS counter says stable 60fps, but the game feels like a diashow. It seems to me like the camera is running on really low fps. I don't think I had this on day 1.

Computer specs: i5-6600k gtx 1080 8gb ddr4@3000mhz

Same problem as him, so I'm here bumping this thread. Game runs smooth offline but in online there is stuttering & slowdown, fps counter says 60fps all this time. This problem did not occur on PC sign version for me.

specs: i5-3570k, AMD R9 270 OC, 16gb ddr3

Same problem here. Game feels stuttery like it's skipping frames.

Definitly at constant 60fps myself. Delay to my opponent is low and stable. Never had this problem with the Sign on Steam or with Revelator on the PS4.

Restarting the game helps sometimes - might be a coincidence though.

Reinstalling the game helped a bit, but there's still slight stutter against some opponents..might be their side causing it?
