Unable to launch game
Every time I launch the game, it request what program to open BootGGXrd.bat with. I've attempted opening it with steam, and it fails to launch.

Eh, that's weird... Use cmd32 or whatever the Console is to open it.

Verify the game cache, it happened to me too and this fixed it.

Verified, didn't launch.

Tried running it through command prompt, didn't work either.
Ran the code through Command Prompr, and it's saying "Windows cannot find BootGGRxd.exe" now, yet I can personally find the file it's mentioning in the GG folder.

Also, under the "cd .\Binaries\Win32" line it says "The system cannot find the path specified."

You should try editing the .bat file with the complete file path then.

I have two drives, a C and D drive. Steam, and the game are both located on the D drive even though C is my primary, as it only holds Windows. I'm not too sure on how to edit this to make it right.

Then it would be D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Guilty Gear Xrd -REVELATOR-\Binaries\Win32 or something.

D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GUILTY GEAR Xrd -REVELATOR-\Binaries\Win32

Sound about right?

Should work, if that's the filepath.

Didn't work either, but I'm going to attempt to put it on my C drive as my friend thinks it's confusing the file path due to it being on my secondary drive

Neither the file path, or changing it over to the C drive has worked

Tried literally everything, nothing I've done has helped. If I do find a solution, I will let you know. For now, let's try to narrow down our differences, are you on windows 8.1 as well?

Windows 7 actually

So far, I've found that running the BootGGRxd.bat with the game EXE in it's own file seems to gain some kind of result. But even with that, it immediatly crashes.

Steam says Unknown Error
Windows simply says it's stopped responding.

It pops up with a white window, saying it's running in 32 and DX9

I have tried the same earlier, when attempting to run the game as admin, I get a steam message saying ''the game is trying to launch with optional parameters. '' '' ''

When not running it as admin, the game simply crashes immediately. ''GuiltyGearXrd.exe has stopped working''

*Potential fix* In desperation, I kept validating the game files, and all of the sudden it just worked.
