Apparently you can....just look on Youtube. Even though ArcSys has a trailer just in Japanese, there are others that made videos looking through the figures. I see mentions right off in the video about purchasing stands so guessing with in-game currency. Anyway, can just look for yourself.

Well, yes, everything's there, you just have to use the in-game currency (W$) to unlock the parts (Characters, colors, stages, etc.), though you can only get them by fishing.
