PS3/4 character colours

I'll make it quick.

AFAIK Revelator has a few colours which were released due to PS events. Does PC version contain those, or are they exclusives? If it does not, will the STEAM version get alternative, different character colours to compensate for their lack or will it be outright inferior in this regard, just like BB CPE has 2 colours less on Steam than PrayStayshun?
In Chronophantasma case it was a pretty big shame since those looked pretty good on some chars and no PC colours were made to compensate for their lack.

the ps3/4 version of revelator does not have any event colors

each character starts with colors 1-6 and has a mirror color palette when both players select the same character and color
you can get colors 7-11 and 12-16 for each character in the gallery or singly from fishing.
color 17 you get by beating episode mode
colors 18-22 are dlc and can be bought for individual character or a bundle
color 23 is also dlc and includes all characters

looking at the steam store page it seems the character color pack includes all dlc colors

Nice to know, though I was certain colour 23 was PS-centred? Maybe I'm mistaken though.

color 23 is the eclipse color, 17 is the ps4 color
