PC also never had this unfortunately.
Agreed these character should be included within the Rev2 upgrade especially witht he prices being higher than for console.
If you disapprove you probably shouldn't have replied and brought the post back to the top.
Thanks!
It's a legitimate annoyance for me that with Revelator 2 we still some major discrepencies with each package and the roster still isn't complete and identical for all, and for no good reason That's all. Not too difficult to comprehend.
And coming from Xrd, at this point it's clear it would have been better to wait a few more months for the Rev 2 all in one package instead of getting Revelator at all, and that's unfortunate. Now I'm in a position where I'll probably wait and see if the crew I play SFV & Rev with prefer Tekken 7 over this. Instead of buying Rev2 without a second thought as I planned once it was up on Steam.
Yup!
Dizzy however was free DLC for all regions when she was out for her launch week only, and yes, that included US/NA, EU/PAL, JP/Asia. (Also, the DLC was cross buy, so you got them for both PS3/PS4 systems, not just PS4.)
The reason steam didn't do it similar because its a different platform, I mean, yes, in Sign you can get all the DLC characters in-game, but since Revelator was released a few months from each other Console/PC wise, all content came the same in its own forms, bundles nonwithstanding. And now with Rev 2, Console and PC is on parity now as the latest version.
Really like the game, as a fan I simply dislike the way they continue to deliver the series on PC with each new release, which has nothing to do with the actual gameplay.
But with other PC fighting game contenders on the horizon such as Tekken 7 & KoF14, I'm even more inclined now to take the wait and see approach and see what sticks with friends, whereas before I was gonna jump right on it. It doesn't help that all these niche games are lumped together. SFV update, Rev 2 upgrade, and now Tekken 7 a day later. Can't make time for all of them.
If the devs would have mentioned what versions contained what when Rev 2 was annouced, then this issue would have been averted, but oh well, at least they did for steam the week before their release, just in case, but a few weeks prior would have prepared people more.
Also, even if you can't make time, spread them out if you can, lol.

At the bottom:
Still not updated with the correct information, unless they are in fact included on Rev 2 Update for PS4 but not PC? Ah well, user error on whomever put that into the wiki.
For a few different reasons, I'm probaby going to hold off on upgrading. This developer has left a sour taste in my mouth lately. Guilty Gear is a great game but the developer has made some questionable decisions on Steam.
