IT WON'T START, Any Help?

I played this experience before on another published platform(Viveport Infinity Subscription) and I liked it at that time.

When I saw it is on Steam, I bought to play it again, but it doesn't start now.

There is a black screen, which only shows a text 'Loading Ecperience', no sound yet. I have tried multiple times, and lastly waited for about 15 minutes for it hoping to finish its loading, yet nothing happens.

FpsVR shows GPU Mem is 7.8/7.8 GB, so it indicates it is trying to load the experience, yet the memory is full.
But, I actually played this experience on my old laptop with Gtx1060 6 gb years ago. Now it is weird not to be able to play it on my Rtx3070 8gb system.

What could be the problem?
